Shipping & Processing Schedule

  • Business Days:
    Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

  • No shipping on holidays:
    Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day

  • Weekend Orders:
    Processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday

  • Express Delivery Cut-Off:
    Orders must be paid and placed before 12:30 PM CST for same-day delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Shipping/destination Address
    • Total Weight of the Shipment
    • Shipment Size and Dimensions
    • Selected service

Residential & PO Box Delivery Policy

  • No shipping to:
    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
    • Undeliverable addresses
  • Residential deliveries are permitted only when the delivery address matches the verified address on a valid business license
    • In the event that no carrier services the specified address, the buyer will be promptly contacted to provide an alternative commercial address to ensure successful delivery.

Saturday Delivery

  • Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and is only available if the carrier operates on Saturdays.
  • This option cannot be specifically requested during checkout.

Shipping Claims & Inspection Policy

  • All shipments must be inspected within 1 - 2 Business days of delivery.
  • Any claims for:
    • Damaged items
    • Missing products
    • Shipment discrepancies
      must be reported within this timeframe.

Freight Shipment Instructions

  • Carefully inspect all freight shipments before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • If damage is observed:
    • Write “pending inspection – box damaged” beside your signature on the BOL.
    • Take a clear photo of the signed BOL.
  • Freight damage claims must be submitted within 1 - 2 Business days of delivery.
