Change Shipping Address Information Of Your Order
We may not be able to change shipping address information if the order has already been shipped. If you have not received shipping confirmation via email for your order we can assist you with a change of information. Contact our customer service team. Our customer service team will verify your account information for security purposes and will proceed with changes after verification.
In some cases we may be able to change shipping address information after the order has been shipped, however it is not guaranteed and can cause delays.
We cannot instruct shipping carriers to deliver to your neighbors or any other address not associated with your order. If you are not available/open at the time carriers deliver to your address you should choose the address that is available and open for delivery.
Note: Please do not write "Change of Delivery Address Information" in your order notes.
